Terms of service

1. Acceptance and age

By installing, accessing, or using Number RPG, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Number RPG Privacy Policy. Number RPG is intended for people aged 13 and older. Do not use it if you are under the applicable minimum age or cannot legally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. License and service

Number RPG is operated by Yenlung Lai, a sole proprietor doing business as DappGo, in San Gabriel, California, USA. DappGo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You receive no ownership of the game, its code, artwork, names, or other content. For iOS, the Apple Standard EULA also applies where applicable.

3. Accounts and security

You may play as a guest. Optional Apple, Google, or Facebook sign-in supports cloud saves, social features, leaderboards, and purchase restoration. Keep your device, sign-in credentials, and recovery information secure. Do not share an account, impersonate another player, or provide information that is knowingly false.

4. Virtual items and purchases

The game may offer virtual currency, lives, accessories, upgrades, or other digital entitlements. They have no cash value, are licensed for use only in the game, and may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed outside the game. Consumable items are used when granted or consumed in the game; non-consumable entitlements may be restored when the store supports restoration. Availability and balances may change when the service or game rules change.

Purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes must be requested from the store that processed the transaction, subject to that store’s rules. RevenueCat helps us record and restore purchase entitlements. Deleting a Number RPG account deletes game data; eligible store purchases may remain restorable through the store account.

5. Fair play and acceptable use

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate scores or rewards, abuse invite or gift systems, impersonate another player, interfere with the game or service, or use the game to harm another person. Do not submit content or display names that are unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or infringe another person’s rights.

6. Enforcement and termination

DappGo may limit, suspend, or terminate access when it reasonably believes an account or device is cheating, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms. We may also change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. You may delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account or use the instructions on the account-deletion page. Termination does not remove rights or obligations that should continue by their nature.

7. Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available and without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanently preserve every item or save. DappGo is not responsible for failures caused by your device, network, app store, third-party provider, or events outside reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, DappGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, and DappGo’s total liability for direct damages will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to DappGo in the previous 12 months or 100 US dollars. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury where it cannot be excluded, or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse DappGo for third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs that result from your unlawful use of the game, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit. This section does not require you to reimburse DappGo for its own misconduct and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

9. Disputes and governing law

If you have a dispute, please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive your right to bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction. Nothing prevents you from using a small-claims court or another forum that consumer law makes available.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the consumer-rights carve-out above, the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California are the exclusive venue for disputes that may be brought there. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the game, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
