Delete on the web

Use the app for immediate deletion, or use these browser options when the app is not installed.

Self-service with Google

Google sign-in is ready when the browser library loads.

Request help with another account

For Apple, Facebook, or guest accounts, send a request with your account ID and contact email. We will complete it within 30 days after verification.

Requests by email or web form are completed within 30 days after verification. Verify with the account ID from Settings → Account or a reply from the linked email.

Purchase records required by Apple or Google stay with those stores.

You can delete a Number RPG account in the app, use Google self-service on this page, or request help by web form or email. Number RPG is operated by Yenlung Lai, a sole proprietor doing business as DappGo, San Gabriel, California, USA.

Delete in the app

Open Number RPG and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Read the confirmation, confirm the deletion, and keep the app online until it reports success. In-app deletion takes effect immediately. If an Apple identity is linked, the app may require Apple re-authorization before deletion can finish.

Delete on the web

If the account is linked to Google, use the Google self-service control below. Sign in with Google, confirm the displayed account, type DELETE, and submit. A successful web deletion takes effect immediately.

Request deletion by web form or email

For Apple, Facebook, or guest accounts, use the form below or email [email protected]. Include the account ID from Settings → Account and the contact email linked to the account when available. We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days. Do not send a password, provider access token, or Apple private key.

What we remove and what may remain

A successful deletion removes the Number RPG account and player data, including provider identities, display name, country, leader pet, device and session records, cloud saves, scores, invites, friendships, gifts, rewards, events, activity, fraud records, and push tokens. The app resets local game progress after in-app deletion.

Apple and Google may keep purchase records in their store accounts, and eligible purchases may remain restorable through those stores. DappGo may keep a limited record when necessary for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or another legal obligation. We delete or anonymize that limited information when the reason for keeping it ends.

Timing and help

In-app and Google web self-service deletion take effect immediately. Web-form and email requests are completed within 30 days after verification. Contact [email protected] if the in-app flow fails, you cannot access the account, or you need help with a request.
