FAQ
How does DappGo work?
Every trading day, DappGo runs a pipeline that pulls public market data (Taiwan + US equities, US options) and outputs a JSON report with technical indicators, ownership signals, and a verdict (BUY / HOLD / WATCH / AVOID / SELL). The three apps (TW Stocks, US Stocks, Options) all read from the same CDN — no login, no paywall.
New reports land at roughly 06:30 local market time on each trading day. The website /options page shows the latest options report; the apps surface all three.
Is this financial advice?
No. DappGo is for educational and informational purposes only. Verdicts (BUY / HOLD / WATCH / AVOID / SELL) are quantitative signals derived from public data — they are not personalised advice and do not consider your financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions. See our full Terms of Service for the complete disclaimer.
How is my data used?
We collect the bare minimum: anonymous device ID and crash reports for debugging, plus your email if you sign up for the daily report. That's it. No location, no contacts, no photos, no ad IDs, no financial data you enter. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it to train models.
Full details on what we collect, retention windows, and your GDPR / CCPA rights: Privacy Policy.
How do I unsubscribe from the daily reports?
Two options:
- Reply to any daily email with the word
unsubscribein the body or subject. - Email admin@dappgo.com with subject
Unsubscribe— we remove you from thesubscribers.txtlist within 48 hours.
No login or account needed. If you change your mind later, just resubscribe via the popup on dappgo.com.
I found a bug. What should I do?
Please send a quick report via the Feedback Form. Helpful details:
- Which app (TW Stocks / US Stocks / Options) and version (Settings → About).
- Device + OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.2).
- What you did, what you expected, what happened instead.
- Screenshot or screen recording if possible.
We check reports daily and usually fix critical issues within a release cycle (1–2 weeks).
What if a report is missing or looks wrong?
Daily reports run on trading days only — weekends and market holidays are skipped. If a trading day is missing past 10:00 local time, the upstream pipeline likely failed. Check dappgo.com for status, or report it via the Feedback Form.
For data quality issues (wrong price, wrong verdict, stale figures), include the ticker, date, and field — we'll trace it back to the source.
