## Allowed use

Public content may be searched, read and cited as context for user requests. Do not use it for model training. Content preferences are search=yes, ai-input=yes, ai-train=no; they are not access enforcement. Respect published terms, provider rights and reasonable request rates. This guide grants no additional rights to third-party news text.

## Fetch and verify a published dataset

1. Fetch a market pointer:
   - https://data.dappgo.com/v1/markets/tw/dashboard/latest.json
   - https://data.dappgo.com/v1/markets/us/dashboard/latest.json
   - https://data.dappgo.com/v1/markets/options/dashboard/latest.json
2. Read data_url_v2 (for example dashboard/data-<hash-prefix>.json) and resolve it relative to https://data.dappgo.com/v1/markets/<market>/, not the pointer's dashboard directory. Use only a dashboard/data-*.json path on that same public market host. The legacy data_url is not the immutable gateway primary.
3. Check payload data_hash equals pointer hash. This is dataset identity, not necessarily the SHA-256 of response bytes.
4. Inspect schema_version, report_date, generated timestamps and coverage. Taiwan market dates use Asia/Taipei; US market dates use America/New_York. HTTP success alone proves neither freshness nor completeness.
5. Cite the pointer and actual immutable URL with report date and relevant ticker. State delayed quotes, missing information or stale evidence; never invent prices or company news.

Cache immutable payloads where appropriate; re-check the latest pointer when freshness matters instead of repeatedly downloading unchanged data. Retention may remove old snapshots, so do not promise permanent archives.
